Noisy during a day when occupied by a lot of guests. A lot of dust in wardrobe, kitchen cabinet in family room.

"Good budget option for experienced solo travelers"

Good option for walkable distance to center and practical, friendly host. Room comfortable and very clean. Bed could be made more comfortable for the “deluxe” option which includes private bathroom, however it’s not en-suite so you need to cross a public corridor with your key to use it.

Bathroom should be advertised as private but separate. A little out of town for those not comfortable walking (20 mins with no public transport). Definitely a budget option but good value.
