Access and check-in/out is made easy as you can grab and leave your keys 24/7 in a key box, with the code sent to you in advance. The price is certainly not expensive, but you need to be aware what you will get.

You actually share a small appartment with other guests, and individual bedrooms are exposed directly to the kitchen/dining area. So you need to be prepared to live with strong cooking odors (when we came, the air was saturated from fried fish/oil) and noise from people still cooking, eating or talking at any time while you are in your room. The owners/managers refused to issue an invoice (not even digital), which is not serious for an official business. So if you need one for your company, forget it.

It was really good location, rooms are from 2 people, (not small)

When we came in to the our room, everything was so dirty, I need to clean it up, mopping floor, clean the table and everything, in bathroom was cockroaches.. kitchen was dirty too, stuff there like planes and glasses. The windows are not secure so all the noises are very much like those from a busy street.
