The place is really good, clean rooms and really close to the old city. The owner of the place helped me a lot, answered every question I had, helped me organize a bus for the Leaping Tiger trek, and explained to me how to easily get to the Blue Moon Valley. I had a pleasant and good stay. Thank you very much

Everything, nice location, clean room and facilities, helpful tips from the owner, the home-made dinner was so yummy and a perfect opportunity to meet other travelers and share stories.

Guest house très sympa, très bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner très bon, calme, Sha an est très sympathique, elle vous conseillera pour les visites, elle parle très bien anglais. Cet endroit est très convivial.

"On se sent bien chez MAMMA NAXI !"

Une excellente adresse. SHA AN, mon hotesse est adorable, parle anglais, m’a donné des tas de conseils, fait un excellent petit déjeuner et le soir on peut manger tous ensemble. Sha An est meme venue me chercher en ville, j’étais perdue ...alors que n’etais à 100 mètres de chez elle !!!! Maman Sha An est venue me chercher... Bien noter l’adresse qu’elle indique dans un long mail et la mettre sur l’appli. Ambiance entre les voyageurs très sympa. La guesthouse n’est pas dans la Vieille Ville mais c’est une bonne chose. On peut y aller à pied mais en taxi Didi c’est aussi bien. La chambre est agréable. Beaucoup de salles communes. On se sent bien chez MAMMA NAXI !

Internet défaillant, à améliorer. On peut cependant écrire et recevoir des messages écrits sur WhatsApp. Sinon le reste est parfait.

Excellent location near old town, in a secure gated area. Our room was spacious and included an alcove with a view of the city, a couch, and even an extra bed (which we did not use). Host, especially "Mama," very attentive.

Staff - young man (son of Mama Naxi) was very polite and helpful. I had a bad fall and he went to get me some medicine. He also gave me detailed instructions on how to get back to hotel when I faced difficulty with navigation, Mama Naxi was also very helpful.

Cleanliness of room and toilet. Bed was not comfortable.
