We loved our stay here. It's a beautiful location in the national park surrounded by nature. Stuart the host elevates the experience, he's great fun and a mine of information. You have to understand that these are a number of co-located small lodges and manage expectations around this. We were travelling with our 2 sons. We had a lodge with an ensuite bathroom, they had one with a kitchen but no bathroom. There is a well equipped kitchen/ dining and shower unit in the centre of the camp with fridges for food. It was very clean. Kept tidy, comfy beds and good showers. What is really lovely is sitting on our veranda listening to the birds, you are just feet away from the wildlife. It's a great location if you want to explore the national park. It's great fun getting a water taxi and exploring sections along the Abel Tasman way or getting kayaks.

Nothing - just don't expect a hotel.

Sehr netter Eigentümer, flexibel und hilfsbereit ... super Unterkunft für Backpacker.

Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, nahe am Startpunkt des Abel Tasman Trails. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Küche ist gut bestückt und sauber. Mir hat der Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Bäume sehr gut gefallen!

Mixed-sex communal bathrooms and toilet doors that didn’t block out any sound made it a tad awkward at times.
