The location and cleeness

The washrooms were to small was not comfortable and no locks

The location is brilliant, close to town and trails. The cabin is beautiful, nicely decorated, cosy, comfy, well equipped, and spacious. It really made our stay in Zakopane even more special. WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE! :) (We will miss the cosy nights by the fireplace and mornings on the porch- drinking coffee and listening to the birds sing).

The only thing we can think about is that it would be nice to have an extra set of towels as we were there for 6 nights, and adding a bit of kindling to make it easier to start a fire in the fireplace.

It was very clean, very beautiful, the location is perfect, near city center but in middle of the nature, very nice decorated, nice gril area , everything was just perfect except the size of cottage, it might be a little small but still very convenient ☺️ We just enjoyed our stay thanks.

Nothing everything was just perfect, maybe only the size of the cottage it was a little small, however it was all good and we loved our stay there thanks 😊

Felt like Goldilocks. Very cute. Great location. Bed comfy. Loved the outdoor space.

Smaller than expected. We arrived late in the night. Dangerous icy approach to property on arrival. Contacted them and no reply and nothing done. No outside lighting. Took a while to even find it. It was literally pitch black.See photo! Communication very poor. Slow to respond re towels and then sink plug. Try did eventually reply buy didn’t act on it. No toaster, microwave or grill. One of the main reasons for booking was the fire but there was no way to light it as there was no kindling/ firefighters even to start us off just huge logs which just wouldn’t light. Couldn’t find any locally.

It was very cosy, felt like home from home

Only downside was the shower wasn’t stuck on properly but apart from that everything was absolutely perfect
