Le personnel au top, merci au jeune homme de nous avoir guidé pour passer un super séjour. Lieu propre.

The crew reception ,....the women in charge of the Hostal....the breakfast....The crew was very friendly (Alexa Carolina,Fernanda,Martha Alejandra , and a young man (Rapaz ...) ....Yvonne , Alejandra .

The organisation of the fridge, ( sometimes , some food are missing ).......Some of the clients ,has dogs and used to dig in the pool with their dresses.,coming directly unclean from work . I think La Ermita needs a second fridge & to be much strict in the pool organisation (as taking a shower before swimming ,!!. ) Hoping that these améliorations will be impllemented when I come back to Mérida.. Last , I will appreciate to have a better fee , especially for long stay ( like mine : minimum 1 month )!

Pobyt se nám zde velmi líbil. Přátelská atmosféra a milý personál. V docházkové vzdálenosti autobusové nádraží ADO. Do centra 15 minut pěšky

Sobre todo que tengamos el desayuno pagado y como nos íbamos temprano no teníamos derecho ni a un zumo de bote o un paquete de galletas siquiera, mucho ruido de las personas que se alojan, los ventiladores con mucho ruido, las camas incómodas Al estar rodeado por parcelas hay bastante ruido de perros

This was close to the ADO station and had a great little grocery store block away. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and they offered fresh fruit. Coffee. Cereal and yogurt fir a breakfast that was included, which was really nice. I booked a small private room and it was perfect. The ceiling fan was more than enough to stay cool with the ceilings being high it really helped. I loved the hammock by the pool as was able to lay out a few afternoons there when I wasn't working.

La Ermita Hostal , is one of my favorite properties in Mexico. I have stayed at la Ermita several times over the years it has always been excellent welcoming the staff is for light very smart very helpful the property is spotless clean the breakfast is wonderful and the breakfast staff are good people. The grounds garden swimming pool are kept in excellent condition lots of places to rest relax. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens are spotless cream. Excellent value for your money... The location is in central near everything that is convenient for you ADO bus station IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND TAXIS ARE READILY AVAILABLE.. PUBLIC INNER CITY TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE... CONGRATULATIONS LA EAMITA AND THANKS AGAIN FOR WELCOMING ME BACK

La atención bastante deficiente, la ubicación tampoco es muy buena.
