Clean and modern. Everything you needed

Beautiful chalet with everything you need for a holiday. Close to a lovely dog friendly beach and a short walk from the town. We really enjoyed the patio area

The bed was far too soft for our liking but you can’t please everyone with mattress firmness. unfortunately the sofa dips where it’s a pull out sofa bed which made that 1/2 of the sofa uncomfortable . Easily fixed by wedging the throw cushions under the sofa seat

The accommodation was excellent simple well maintained and comfortable overlooking a nice green area. We were happy that we could walk to the beach in 5 minutes and could then walk in to Bridlington. The adjacent site had a shop, pizza and fish and chip shop and a bar. Which we welcome as they were very close. The pub “lobster pot up the road was walkable and had a good offer. The accommodation bed and bedding were very comfortable as the small sitting and cooking area were more than adequate. The fenced outside area was a perfect place for the dog to sit and watch the hundred of rabbits as the scampered around the green space.

The overall site was a little scruffy and unloved but to be honest it didn’t impact on our stay. Perhaps finding somewhere to put the micorwave other than on the dinning room table would be an improvement but again it wasn’t a material impact on our stay

Super little challet with everything you could possibly require. Spotlessly clean. Fenced in so ideal for our little dog.
