Nice chalet, very clean and well maintained. The bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice welcoming touch. Pre-arrival communications were well-timed, informative and appreciated. Also like the information pack in the chalet.

The bed was too soft for us, but accept that is personal preference as much as anything. The wi-fi was a little flakey.

everything was lovely heating was spot on so cosy

sorry to say I’m not picky but when you can see all the cobwebs on the lights and windows sorry but cleaners aren’t doing there job
