The room was dirty: strangers' hair on the floor, trash in the bathroom. Over two nights and three days, there was hot water only once in the morning. The rest of the time, the staff offered to use a kettle. It was noisy: parties two nights in a row and people shouting in the hotel hallways. The bed linen had cigarette holes in it and there was an ashtray in the room even though I asked for a non-smoking room. The staff keeps promising to solve your problem (for example, that hot water will be back in 20 minutes or that the payment terminal will be fixed tomorrow), but nothing happens.
