The hostel wasn't easy to find at first, the taxi won't take you there. The owner, Francesco, was extremely helpful, gave lots of useful advice. Good location. Recommended, would go again.

Cleanliness as for the walking distance to the city centre near the two bridges and away from the buzz

It was safe, quiet and very aesthetic.

It was initially very hard to find - there is no signage to help travellers locate the hostel so I spent 20 minutes wandering around. It’s well hidden! There was nothing going on socially - despite having a beautiful rooftop/ cafe, there was no one using it. The TV in the room did not work and despite asking, it was never fixed. The aircon also didn’t work. I tried to order coffee one morning and it wasn’t possible. I tried to buy water and they told me they had ran out.

Location was very near to every attractions and tourist point and property has perfect rooftop with great view of lake.

I had the best stay of all of my Indian trip in Bunkyard. Very social hostel, beautiful 360 views of the city & the lake, cozy café & rooftop where you can chill, have good coffee, drinks and food, and socialise with other travellers. The dorms are clean and have their own private bathroom which is appreciated. The location is great, within walking distance of the city palace, ghats & old town. I was there during Diwali and the owner Francesco invested a lot of personal time making sure that everyone was feeling right at home. I extended my stay one more night than planned & would even have stayed a few more nights if I had more time ! Thanks again for a beautiful stay and see you next time :)

I liked the host and the cafe was very good and every problem was sorted in a few minutes

Las vistas, lastima que el rooftop no estuviese abierto para comer allí, porque era precioso. Pero pudimos disfrutar de el.
