Aura Hostel

Super nice straff and good facilities, close to the beach and restaurants

Only downside was that the pool was quite dirty but other than that very nice place!

I agree with and endorse all the reviews about the hosts' friendliness. All in all it's a great value for money.

Hostel staff was friendly. The showers and bathrooms were nice, though there were a lot of flies. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed. There was a lot of space to hang out in.

They call the hostel ”surf hostel”, but they don’t rent out any boards, or do anything surf-related. The hostel owner only rented his own board for really expensive. They also say on the site that they have something to do in the evenings, but they don’t. Also there is a bar, but usually no bartender, so it will be hard to get a drink. Sometimes it was hard to get information, staff doesn’t really speak english. The hostel had a lot of flies and especially ants. The dorm beds made a lot of sound when you turn, so if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem.

Great vibe in the hostel! The owners become your friends and take good care of you. We ate together and went out together and had a good time. I do recommend.
