Lylian (the girl at the reception) was one of the kindest person I have met, super friendly and willing to help. Location of the facility is awesome, right next to the central market. The kitchen and bathroom areas are relatively new and clean

It could have been a little cleaner, you could see a bit of dust on the floors and could feel that bed sheets were old (clean, but used heavily throughout the years or just generally poor quality) and the mattress wasn't great and bed frames were squicky which is a nit of a problem in a shared bunk bed room
