Rooftop and the server are very nice !

Room, floor and stairs weren’t so clean.. inside the room you can heard everything from outside..

No reading lights in bunk beds.

1). I and a friend had booked a couple of beds in a 4-bed dormitory. We then went out to dinner. On our return two other people were sleeping on the beds. We were arranged another room, which had an AC that did not work and had cockroaches on the floor. 2). The next morning we realised that the towels we had were missing from the dormitory. 3) I was scheduled to stay another day and had to shift back the second time. It was an ordeal at the least.

Tiny bathroom, you might hit your head on the wash basin while using the toilet

I am coming to this since 2018 I am regular customer

Some nonsense guy was celebrating a birthday party where they were playing music till 2 AM, kindly make sure customers don't get disturbed

Location, spacious hostel room.

The bathrooms were okayish, should be more clean. Need to improve on this. Everything else was good.

Nothing much to say

The mattress was very hard, the doors for the wardrobe and drawers in the room were all broken. The lift wasn't functioning, so we had to carry the luggage up 3 floors. Washroom wasn't clean.
