AUThe manager was very helpful when he got me an extra blanket as it was so cold
The cleanliness of the accommodation left a bit to be desired. There was dust and some kind of tablet under my bed. And the floors in the bathroom and kitchen especially in the corners were pretty dirty. Also there was a big chunk of dust next to the coffee machine in the cafe area on the ground floor. Also there was no internet which made things a bit difficult for business travel.
AUIt was clean and the staff were nice, though they were in a different building across the road which was inconvenient.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The TV didn't work. There was no table, beside table or lamp in the room. Noisy area. Someone in another room was yelling all night and no staff around to deal with it.

Tried to cancel or see what other options where available to cancel, never recieved a reply mind you, i emialed and messaged three days before the booking to try to cancel. Got there and decided why not, and there was no room scheduled for me or in the system. Otherwise staff was good, and location was good for the value of money, i would go again.

AUAUThe accommodation and bathroom facilities were clean. The back was lockable compared to my last stay.
The room’s TV had its remote control missing. No “back door” key was available (from car park) only the front door and room key supplied. Chocks were left to keep the back door open rendering the door to remain open at all times.
