Hana hostel not for Egyptian

I am not a demanding traveller. I need hot water, cleanliness and hopefully wifi. I didnt get any of that during my stay. I would have to think long and hard to remember when I stayed in a worse place. Cant give one only because of the host who was really kind and helpful

Came late at night, person was waiting for me. Get room fast, comfy bed, good location.

No water in the room, only in common shower.

Everything was perfect, staff was so kind, definitely worth it!

I have been travelling on budget for years but this place is horrible. Cat piss smell. Broken faucet. No toilet paper in any washrooms neither soap in any common amenities. No sink in the kitchen ( how people keep clean practices?) . Kitchen counter is CARPETED. Cats everywhere. This place does not meet the minimum hygiene standards. No hot water and water pressure very low. Molding room ( not only mine). I was in private room and faucet came off. Another couple told me their room was worse with bugs crawling every where. I have learned the owner asks unhappy customers to cancel and work On side deal in order to avoid bad reviews. Thats why u dont see many bad reviews. I understand this is a cheap place. I am Not picky person at all. I have been in cheap places before but this place is horrible . The reception guy was sweet person.
