Hana hostel not for Egyptian

It is better than an average European hostel. The treatment that you'll receive is really good and Mohamed will help you a lot without being pushy. Mohamed asked us what time we wanted the breakfast and gave us two style options to choose. We went for the Egyptian style with super yummy falafel, beans, egyptian bread, french fries and vegetables and tea. Internet was very good. There's a friendly cat that came to visit, so adorable.

There was no wardrobe and the bathroom was old

I really want to thank Mohammad for his hospitality and service. He was at all times very kind and it is true that he has a very good treatment and is always helpful.

The cleanliness and care aspects could be improved. The bathroom had problems when unloading and the locations look somewhat neglected, as if abandoned, but in any case for the price it is very good.

everything, paid for a breakfast that wasn't provided when challenged the owner said the breakfast was free so no refund, well according to booking.com when i reserved the room breakfast was extra. bathroom was filthy, the overall cleanliness of the place was very poor. Light switches hanging off the wall with wires showing.

Muhammad Noby was very helpful and his english was very good. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable.

Everything went smooth, the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, thanks a lot
