"It's probably the cheapest in the city but still OK."

Location, price, friendly staff, free parking on the street, quiet location. Even though my room has seen better times, it was very clean and fresh nice bed linen provided so nothing to complain here.

Old cigarettes stench. Even though now it's a non-smoking venue, decades of heavy smoking inside are present. If you are allergic to that, consider the fact that even though the room is physically very clean, a stench of old damp cigs is hanging in the air as a historical artifact.
