Privacy in the dorm

Not a social hostel (almost no common area, no common area with AC). The bed were not comfortable at all, the mattress were very thin

Great staff. Welcomed me like a friend from the first moment i arrived. Modern bathroom. Clean. Concrete bunks so they dont shake and have lots of privacy. Great spot to make friends. Not only for the young backpackers, very open to ones a bit older and more mature too . A good mix of ages. Made a lot of friends.

Great hostel with a really good vibe! The chill area is super nice and perfect for relaxing or meeting people. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. I also loved the capsule beds – comfortable and private. The location is great too. Definitely recommend!

by far the best thing about this place is the sociableness of it. I've been twice now and it always seems to provide a good way of meeting people. The owners also usually hang out with the guests each night in the 'bar' area. It's as sociable as going to the bars on the island and with cold beers from the shop 2 doors away, works out a budget friendly way to spend the nights. For a dorm situation, the capsule design is great, just like having a very small bed sized private room! There's a communal fridge and kettle and maybe cooking stuff, I never needed it but did see someone cooking once. Location is great, not too far walk to the beach, even less to the ferry and even less to the nearby cheapie restaurants (though still great quality)

It could be my age but the thin crash mat style 'matress' on a solid surface weren't good for my back after 6 nights there.

Hollie + Golf were so friendly and welcoming! It was amazing having all the insider tips and recommendations from them and it was a lovely experience of the warm community vibe of the island ☺️ The sofas at the front are a great place to meet other people, have a good yap and experience the buzz from the main road. I had the best stay with them 🫶🏻
