My Bunk Hostel

Very quiet place to sleep, very clean and well organised. Walking distance from the pier and the main beach. I want to go back soon.

I had an easy time at My Bunk and really appreciated Oh’s help both with little things at the hostel and smoothie recommendations — she was suuuper nice! She even helped me figure out my route to my next destination in the most heroic way as I’d made something of a miscalculation. I spent some of my time here working and though there’s no suitable desk or table, it worked out in a more lounge-y way in the small common room or the “balcony” with good Wi-Fi.

It probably bears emphasizing that the rooms (of which there are only two) are quite small and likely not somewhere you’d like to spend a lot of time in, even though it’s the only place with AC. The bathrooms - separate from the shower rooms - in the rooms are a bit of a tight squeeze.

It had a good location and the room was perfectly clean! There also was a really cute kitten. Furthermore, the owner was nice and in the end we had a good stay here!

Even though we had a good stay here, there were some things a bit out of place. We stayed here with a group of 4, so we had a private room with just the 4 of us. After we went to the beach on our first full day and after spending our first night at the hostel, there was a key in our door that did not belong to any one of us and our door was unlocked. Some of our belongings were moved (taken outside of drawer) and put outside of our room. If we hadn’t noticed this we would have definitely forgotten to take this with us again when we left the hostel. Furthermore, a piece of jewelry of one our friends went missing as well. So, the stay was good, but when staying in this hostel be aware of your belongings and we would recommend not leaving any thing of value in the room, even when you can lock the door or lock the drawer.

Cute little hostel lovely decor ! Great location close to sai kaew beach which is most popular area! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Wonderful stay !

Property was quite small. Rooms are small hard to get around when other people are in the room

The hostel is clean and cosy, staff are very friendly too. It is a small walk away from the beach and the port, as-well as the restaurants/bars.

Bathrooms were very small.

Really nice place and very comfortable and in an amazing location. Amazingly clean every day Dogs roaming the street are friendly Would definitely recommend!!

The only thing that i would change is the wiring of the bathroom. The main light is the same for the bathroom, so at 1am or 6am using the bathroom, you feel rude to the other guests. Very easy fix, hence why mentioning it and didn't change my overall opinion of the amazing place.
