If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Lancelin Lodge in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that Lancelin Lodge does not accept payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Please note that towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Children aged 17 need a letter from a parent/legal guardian to stay in dormitory rooms. If children are 16 or under, they will need a parent/legal guardian aged over 21 to stay with them in a private room. A deposit may be required at the property.

Very quiet, everyone seemed to have respect for each other, the swimming pool was great and the communal kitchen was set out well.

There was no remote for the tv in my room, room 16, otherwise a chilled experince

Quiet, felt safe, clean, plenty of showers and bathrooms to share. Only met one staff member when checking out and he was lovely and chatty. Good value.

Could only find one plug in the room which was on the ceiling for the fan. Mattress thin.

Gut gelegen für Besucher des Pinnacles National Park. Idealer Ort für Wassersportler. Praktische Unterkunft, die alles im Hostel Stil bietet, es ist kein Hotel. Die Chefin ist super energetisch und versorgt einen mit allen Tips, die man braucht - so muss es sein.

Zimmer etwas klein, die Duschen könnten mal renoviert werden - für eine Nacht aber voll OK.
