Please note the reception opening hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:30. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Lancelin Lodge in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that Lancelin Lodge does not accept payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with Visa or Mastercard credit cards. Please note that towels are not included in the price. You can rent them at the property or bring your own. Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Children aged 17 need a letter from a parent/legal guardian to stay in dormitory rooms. If children are 16 or under, they will need a parent/legal guardian aged over 21 to stay with them in a private room. A deposit may be required at the property.

It was just 3-5 minutes to Sand Dunes. The cooking place was big, comfortable and great. Didn't know what happen with my payment method but there was an issue and they didn't receive my payment by way of card. However the receptionist kindly still accepted me as a guest eventhough I only paid there when I had already checked in, appreciated it very much. Receptionist (not sure if she was the owner) also lent us the sandboard which we also appreciated A LOT. Fast response and they accepted my baby which not many places do here in Australia. Check in and check out were easy, keys were just left at the reception.

Room was a bit small for MYR400+ but meh didn't really mind. This was my husband's favourite out of the others.

感觉更像青旅，同伴上年纪的夜里起夜到公共设施感觉不太方便。
