Great location, great evening events for a solo traveller & the staff were amazing!!

Water pressure isn’t great, but manageable!

Social place, easy to meet other travellers at the hangout area.

The bed was really uncomfortable because the mattress is old and saggy on the middle. Noisy rooms at night.

Comfortable beds, enough space in the room. Location is ideal.

Toilets/showers/sinks could use an update and were not cleaned regularly/ kept clean. One of the showers the water dribbles out from the side? Toilet paper was not always refilled, had to ask for it. Bins in the toilets were not emptied regularly. No soap available at the sinks, only tiny used bar soaps. Floor in the room was always sandy. The place where towels or swimwear were hung up to dry had a weird smell.

We found the hostel very social, perfect location 5 minutes to the beach. We organized the whale shark tour through which was a highlight and the free drinks each night are a great way to meet people.

Bathrooms and showers could be improved but for the price I'd be back in a heartbeat

Really comfy beds and the world’s softest sheets. Great breakfast. Free drinks 8-8:30 daily, and this includes everyone (not just guests) so it’s an easy place to start the night and meet lots of other backpackers and locals Kind and helpful staff Next door to open air food court/bar with really great selection of food places We organised our canyoneering tour through the hostel and had THE BEST time and felt so safe with our expert (and hilarious) guides. Good location, easy short walk to the sardine run/turtles and 200p tricycle to white beach. Opposite hostel and slightly to the right you can rent snorkels for 100p and do washing for cheap too.

Sometimes the shower pressure just wasn’t there but most of the time it was good.

MoHo is definitely the best hostel in Moalboal. The staff are the kindest people you can find in the island. breakfast meals are the best as well!!
