Location was great. There was a fee for breakfast that I chose not to pay.

The waiting for check-in. I traveled a long time to get to sao paulo and my plane landed at 4 am. They said I could check in at 7 and pay for a night which is ridiculous or I could check-in at 10 and pay for half of the night price. I chose to wait and when there was only 1 hour left for my check in time, they let do it.
