The Good Place Hostel

I wish I could have stayed longer. Igor is helpful and a good person. The location of the hostel is very good. Rooms, floors, toilets and linen are clean. It is very enjoyable to chat in the evening If I come to Sarajevo again, I will definitely stay here again.

Igor is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. Staying at good place feels more like staying at a friends house then an hostel.

Sometimes it can get noisy

The host, Igor, is a beautiful soul—he knows a lot about Sarajevo and is genuinely happy to share his knowledge. Also, he uses 100% of his brain! Your Sarajevo trip won’t be complete without a chat with him. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean, the beds have curtains (yes, curtains!), and the showers are simply a perfection. The wall is a masterpiece. The quality-to-value ratio is exactly what anyone would hope for. Hvala, The Good Place!

The location was very central, everything was spotlessly clean, and the owner, Igor, made my stay incredibly pleasant. It truly felt like staying at a relative’s house — warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I like very much this place. It's cozy, quiet, good equipped and fairy.

Igor is fantastic! He was always up for a chat about anything, very willing and able to answer my many questions about Sarajevo and very welcoming. Igor also does the basics exceptionally well: comfier mattress than my bed at home, privacy curtains on the bed, fantastic shower, plenty of hooks for hanging clothes etc. This attention to detail makes all the difference! The hostel is extremely well located in the heart of Sarajevo, with lovely panoramic views from the communal area too. There weren't always lots of guests considering it was off season but my fellow guests were kind and sociable people. I love Sarajevo and this was such a safe, comfortable and fun place to stay to make the most of the city! Thank you Igor!

I feel like it could have been a little bit cleaner but Igor was injured when I stayed which would have made that much more tricky for him at the time.
