"Sunset paradise."

Location is unbelievable, your own private beach with the most perfect sunset every day. Right by the town, so 5 mins by bike to everything and nice dive shop next door. Waking up and sitting out in the sand, no better place to do it. Room is clean spacious and simple.

As per some comments, it is close to the road but the noise stops quite early and we had zero problem sleeping and with getting woken up. Overall, very calm.

"Step out of your room directly onto the beach"

The single room right on the beach is small but cozy. Offers all the basics you need. I stayed there for only one night, but I could easily have stayed longer.

Génial!! Clim silencieuse, personnel adorable, scooter loué pour 350 pesos les 24h, bengalow qui donne sur la plage avec magnifique coucher de soleil, literie confortable, eau chaude, sûrement le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu aux Philippines 😍 un petit paradis. Juste à côté des restaurants et bars de San Juan.

"Plage privée !"

2 chambres seulement. Idéal en famille pour bénéficier de sa petite plage privée. Unique! Le resto en face est très bien et bon marché : on peut ramener son petit déjeuner ou repas pour manger sur la table devant la mer. Lit confortable et air conditionné efficace. Il ne manque qu'un frigo.

Rue vraiment très bruyante dès 7h du matin, malgré les bouchons d'oreille. La chambre quadruple donne sur la rue. Seule la chambre double est côté mer, mais on y entend la rue tout autant. Un frigo aurait été bien pratique. Dommage. Pas de coffre non plus.

Das Gästehaus verfügt nur über zwei Zimmer und ist daher ideal für Familien, da man hier allein ist und sich wohlfühlt. Es verfügt über einen eigenen kleinen Strand mit bezaubernden, abfallenden Palmen.

Einziger Nachteil: Der Müll, der hier herumligt. Es ist unmöglich, vom Strand zum Meer zu gelangen. Schade ...

The property is very accessible to the beach and other restaurants. The staff are accommodating to our needs and requests. There were power interruptions during our stay but thankfully they have a generator ready. Internet is also fast. Overall, perfect for accessibility and good staff!
