The place is great, with lots of restaurants around and an ATM about 50 metres away, right in front of a lagoon that connects to the sea. The rooms are excellent, everything really clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and duvet. The bathroom is super spacious, with plenty of room for your toiletries. The staff at reception are really friendly and give clear, straight‑to‑the‑point info when you ask anything. The shared kitchen is huge and well set up. The people staying there had such good vibes. I loved everything and it was definitely the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. If I ever go back to Tauranga, I’ll definitely stay there again.

The verandha over looking the water and boats. Clean environment even though outdoor pubs all round. Lots of laughing kiwis. Buses easy to get around on.

Loud live in backpackers who take over the place in the evening, playing loud music and talking at the top of their voices at each other. It Spoils the whole atmosphere so you don't get to enjoy it. Clubs playing loud music till midnight and all around so you can't get much peace especially if yr on the outside room.

Excellente auberge de jeunesse, super ambiance, très classe, propre , avec une magnifique terrasse ! Dortoir avec des tiroirs sous les lits ce qui est vraiment appréciable pour ranger ses affaires. Chaque lit possède son rideau et sa propre prise, vraiment pratique ! À 5min de l’arrêt de bus !

Dans l’auberge tout était parfait. Il manque juste un magasin à côté pour faire ses courses (les supérettes du quartier sont assez chères)
