One lady administrator is nice and friendly. But the other (the older one) is very unfriendly and rude.

We have terrible impressions when we couldn't get into our room because one of administrators have closed the door and felt asleep. Then she didn't apologize and spoke to us very rude and unfriendly.

+ They let us check in early (around 9 AM) for no extra charge. + Big communal kitchen and plenty of coolers that guests can use. + You can borrow a hairdryer (although it is sticky and dirty).

- The doors to the hotel are LOCKED at 23:55, which is not mentioned in the description of the hotel. Furthermore, the main entrance of the hotel, which also serves as an EMERGENCY EXIT, is locked from the INSIDE, which makes it impossible to leave without waking up the receptionist. - There is no smoking area which can be accessed during the night, as the doors are locked. - The room is very dirty. The furniture is old, worn and dirty. The walls have years of accumulated dirt, smashed bugs, and what looks like nasal mucus. The TV remote is sticky and dirty. The ventilation vents are extremely dirty and have not been cleaned in many years. The sink faucet is dirty. The toilet lid is dirty. The holder for toilet paper is broken. The hook for towels is rusty. - The bed is uncomfortable. The mattress is old, torn, and the springs are sticking out. The mattress base is made of plywood, which can easily give you splinters. The beddings are old, torn and stained. There were a few hairs on the beddings when we arrived. The two pillows are small, thin and uncomfortable. - One large towel per person; no towels for hands, face or the bathroom floor. (At least the towels were clean.) - The room smells bad, like mould and strong cleaning agents. (We overheard that the floors are cleaned with a soap meant for toilets.) - We could very easily hear our neighbours in the next room. - We woke up after the first night with insect bites (there were no mosquitoes in March). - After the first night, we requested to cancel the rest of our stay, and receive a refund for the rest of the stay. The hotel refused to refund even one night, despite the cancellation policy stating that the cancellation fee is the price of one night, with a 24 hour notice, if cancelled after check-in. The hotel only agreed to give us a refund after we contacted Booking.com customer support.
