Great place to stay .. close by ghats ,, Great host.. and clean rooms ..

This was my second time staying at Monalisa Hostel, and once again it felt like home. I stayed for 4 nights as a solo traveler and had a peaceful, comfortable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the location is perfect for exploring Varanasi. Everything was clean and well-maintained. A great place for solo travelers!

숙소 위치가 좋고 가트랑 주변 맛집들이 가까웠어요 돔룸은 더워서 에어컨방 쓰는걸 추천드리고 저는 하루 묵어서 그냥 돔에서 묵었습니다! 직원들 엄청 친절하고 얼리 체크인도 하주고 잘 챙겨줘서 잘 지내다가 갑니다! 바라나시에서 지낸다면 여기 추천해요!! 귢뒉 붤렉 이랑 찍찍이를 겅물에서 봟어유

I was pleased with my room, which served as a peaceful oasis when I needed a break from the wild streets of Varanasi. The location was perfect, walkable from the most important sights and in the middle of the ancient atmosphere that this magical city provides. The rooftop views were breathtaking. I slept well every night, and my stuff felt secure. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to.

The biggest problem is the lack of communication. I ordered a taxi to pick me up from the accommodation, and they agreed. When there were problems with my flight, I sent them the updated time, and they said it was fine, but the taxi never came. Luckily, I had mobile data, otherwise, I would've been stranded! They did eventually send a car, so I was grateful. However, there were several similar incidents. I once ordered water to my room, which never came. I once texted about breakfast and got no response. There is a sense that you are largely ignored as a guest. Another small thing is that the kettle didn't work in my room.
