Nothing. The property never opened.

I arrived at the property early and waited in a cafe for it to open which it never did. I rang the number repeatedly and no one answered. I went to the post office next door and the lady there tried to help but couldn’t get through to the owner either. After a long wait with customer service they say they cannot refund me because the property said it was open which it wasn’t. I was hiking the haute route and had to find alternative accommodation on the spot.

Only one toilet per sex. Also is a bunker so no windows. No staff on site and never received check-in info.

Staying in a bomb shelter was different and great central location. Not many people staying, so was really quiet. As a family of 4, we had our own lockable room of 4 bunks. Each bunk had a socket, light and curtain. Kitchen great and wifi. Owners organised to get our VIP pass once asked. Our bags were stored while we went on a hike, which was great.

No windows, or daylight, but that is as expected. All facilities were shared, one toilet per gender, could be an issue if busy. Hot water very slow to come. Took us a while to get the access code, that could have been provided earlier to allow us to drop our bags off when we arrived.

Bathroom and toilets were tiny with wet floors. Water from the adjacent bath flower into the toilet floor. Was a little uncomfortable using it.
