Gute Lage, schöner Außenbereich.

Bäder und Küche waren nicht sauber, außerdem Küche wurde immer von Personal besetzt, man hat sich in der Küche nicht wohl gefüllt

Duchas frías todo el primer día en el segundo piso. Además había un malentendido entre lo que decía Booking sobre desayuno gratis, ya que a ellos les aparecía en sistema que tenía que pagar por el desayuno, el cual tenía un valor de $4.500, siendo 1 sándwich jamón queso, té o café instantáneo, 1 huevo frito y 1 waffle. Solo era 1 pan sin posibilidad de más, el huevo frito había que comerlo así no mas. Para el precio que querían cobrar el desayuno era bastante pobre

La terrasse ensoleillée c’est le gros plus de cette auberge, trop agréable au petit dej Grandes et multiples salles de bain, spacieuses et agréables Grande auberge où on ne se marche pas dessus Localisation bien placée dans Valpo, proche commerce restau et bars

La cuisine mériterait un gros coup de propre (frigo, caisses de rangement…) et de nouveaux ustensiles. Les chambres mériteraient également un coup de propre, de nouveaux draps et d’être mieux aérées (odeur âcre/ de cigarette)

La ubicación es muy buena, de gran acceso al área de servicios de la ciudad o al casco patrimonial y turístico. Está ubicada a metros de un sector reconocido con ambiente de bares bien activo. La casa es muy típica de Valparaíso, ofrece una idea de arquitectura local y el sector de un barrio residencial en Cerro San Juan de Dios.

Es un lugar muy acogedor, amables las y los muchachos, organizado y accesible.

property was spacious and clean with a nice terrace social area. our room was large and the bathrooms were big and clean.

staff were friendly but difficult to locate as they weren’t at the desk often and you would have to go outside to ring the doorbell to get them to come to the desk. also we had some issues with the laundry service as three of us put a load on and two of us had bits missing when it was given back. nearly half my load was missing and was just sitting in a basket with no effort on their part to locate it’s owner. had i not checked, i would have left without half my clothes. my friend also had to leave with bits missing. finally walls were very thin so it was very loud when people walked past the room or on the floor above
