Harassment, overcharging and a sleepless night" I accidentally booked a mixed dormitory instead of a women's dorm. I immediately acknowledged my mistake and agreed to pay the price difference in cash. However I was charged 180 pesos instead of the correct 150 pesos. The 30 pesos difference was eventually reimbursed by the housekeeper, confirming the overcharge. What followed was completely unacceptable. Owner Joy harassed me non-stop from 11PM until 1AM via Booking.com messaging, resumed again at 5AM, and is still harassing me as of this morning — over 12 hours of continuous harassment against a sick, paying guest. The harassment included : 📹 Using CCTV footage to intimidate me 😤 Using my full name publicly in aggressive messages ⚖️ Threatening legal action 💰 Budget-shaming a paying guest 📱 Harassing across multiple platforms simultaneously 🔁 Sending duplicate messages repeatedly I also fell ill due to the freezing air conditioning, resulting in pharmacy expenses. I have screenshots of every single message with timestamps as full evidence, available upon request. My request to Booking.com : Please investigate this property urgently. No guest should ever be treated this way. I am also requesting reimbursement for pharmacy expenses incurred due to inadequate temperature control. Future guests : be very careful. ⚠️ Patricia S. 🇱🇺

The ladies running the hostel are genuinely nice. Not fake smiling nice, but simple and genuine nice. Made me feel like i was staying at my aunties once i got to know them

The staff is very kind, the guests are friendly too. There is a kitchen we can use It's pretty calm

Curtains could be appreciated

the staff were great, and the rooms are exactly as advertised. it is also right in the center of town which is great

no privacy and very little storage space or space between beds so you will be climbing over peoples stuff to get to the bathroom/ to bed/ out of the room

The beds were comfy and the staff were lovely

The room was lovely. Staff were super helpful. Location was great - quiet but close to some cool spots!
