Ambiente familiar e simoatia do staff

Quarto com mau cheiro, com o soalho de madeira levantado, aparenta ter problemas de canalizações (daí o cheiro). Acredito que possa ser só esse quarto com wc privativa, mas é um ponto desfavorável. Sem ar condicionado no quarto. Duche com mau isolamento, a água vinha para o exterior.
