Casa IWANA

It was clean, close to the airport, staff very helpful, unfortunately they did not speak English. I booked at iwana but the reception is in casa michael, where they gave me the single bed with bathroom over there and not in iwana, as they said it was the same owner. The room was close to the reception and there was noice until 12:30 at night(evening receptionist was watching videos online with volume turned really high), after that it was good to sleep.

It's within walking distance to the main interprovincial bus terminal and airport in Guayaquil. The room has A/C that works. Shower has hot water.

The room is FILTHY! The white walls had very visible brown stains all around them especially in the corner where the bed is. And some of them even looked like someone had spit on the wall and the spit dried there. The refrigerator smells bad and has dark spots and mold all around the door. I was afraid to touch it. The blender in the kitchen still had leftovers inside of it from the last person who had used it. The water in the kitchen area and the bathroom smelled and tasted like bleach. The bed was hard and the pillows were disgusting. There is a TV in the room, but it had NO channels....only static.

Everything was fine

I liked the value and efficiency. The location could not accomodate me directly, so it sent me to another brand that was evwrything that I had hoped for. In fact, I have returned to this location for another stay.

Nothing in particular. It was all good.

THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL! GREAT LOCTION NEAT THE BUS TERMINAL, AIRPORT AND FOOD STORES NEARBY,WITH MANY LOCAL BUSES NEARBY. NICELY EQUIPT KITCHEN WITH STOVE, PLATES,,PANS, REFRIGEATOR. MY 3RD TIME THERE WOULD STAY AGAIN

NO MICROWAVE

Great location near the airport and Bus terminal and local buses. Nice staff, good Kitchen nicely equip with Stove, refrigerator, Microwave.

It was fine, normal. There was a fan which helps.

But far from the reception. Didn’t get the room in the pictures when I booked
