Very friendly staff. Gave me the history of the building. On the beach front. Close to all other amenities.

This hotel is the worst one we've ever been to. Specially the Manager terrible, he haven't any manager behavior . Our reservation included an AC-inclusive room with 3 double beds. After we visited that place, the manager informed us that the AC was not working. He tried to set up the stand fan and informed us that they would deduct Rs 1000 from his bill due to an AC problem. We did not approve his request, so he had to provide us with two additional rooms with double beds. Also, they had a restaurant, but there was nothing to eat there. Dinner also we have to get from outside. As per the our hotel package, we get the BB plan. Upon asking about our breakfast in the morning, the manager let us know that the BB package had been removed because of the room change. then we have to get Breakfast from outside. Due to a bad experience, we had to check out at 10.00am instead of the scheduled 12.00pm checkout. We will never ever going to visit this hotel again. Really a worst place. It destroyed our whole vacation. Don’t visit this place. This hotel is one of the worst hotels in Sri Lanka.

Reasonable rates

Location is very close to beach and surrounding is very attractive. Staff and owner are having good attitude but it seems they can not manage the property since lack of staff.

Missing some facilities No Water in shower No TV No Soap No dust bin Clean less No night lamp Looks everywhere dust I couldn't at least get a full body wash. Very unconformable specially in morning.
