Such a lovely hostel! I met a great group of girls through their nightly happy hour and dinner offers, and we all had so much fun exploring Cinque Terre together. I was in a female only room, but all the other 'mixed' rooms were mostly women as well. Probably just coincidence, but made me feel very safe and welcome. Great location, great staff, spacious and clean rooms + bathrooms, and there's an elevator. A bit expensive for a hostel, but so worth it for the quality and location (plus, complimentary wine!).

Friendly staff, nice location, clean rooms and bathrooms, very good hospitality on behalf of the staff. Constantly hosting something to get everyone involved, and the staff too are friendly and join the fun. Most pleasant hostel I have ever stayed in!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean.

The kitchen didn't physically open until 8am which meant I couldn't even get food out of the fridge or have coffee before I left for the day. The bed were squeaky so I woke up my bunkmate if I sat in my bed. I ended up hanging out in the bathroom and hallway until 8am every morning. I would have picked a different place to stay if I had known.

All staff friendly and happy to share lots of information about the area, they try to make the hostel a great social environment.

If there was curtains on the bunk beds this would be good for privacy at night.
