All guests need to be members of the DJH (German Youth Hostel Association) or Hosteling International. Membership can be purchased at the reception upon arrival. It costs EUR 7 per year for Guests up to the age of 26 and EUR 27.50 for families or guests aged 27 and above. Each year from June onwards, membership will be half price for guests purchasing a DJH membership for the first time. Foreign guests need a Hosteling International Card (EUR 18), if they are not member of a national Hosteling Federation. For single overnight stays a welcome stamp can purchase on arrival, which costs EUR 3.50. Please note that for bookings of 6 guests or more, special terms and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nous avons été très mal accueilli à l'auberge de jeunesse, après réservation le jeune homme a l'accueil et sa collègue on refusé d'honorer la réservation sous de faux prétexte. On nous a même fait la remarque que içi il fallait parler allemand et non français. Nous nous sommes retrouvé à la rue après un long voyage, c'est inadmissible !
