Que haya personal que solo hable inglés, me pareció de muy mal gusto, deberían tener personal que hable también español.

Le cadre proposé par l'emplacement en hauteur sur l'océan dans une maison spacieuse. Bien équipée Bien entretenue Bien située en bord de route à proximité du centre. La cascade de la plage Cocalito qui se jette dans l'océan vaut absolument le détour.

La nature est ainsi faite...le bord de mer rocailleux qui entoure la Luminosa...

Le jardin, le front de mer, l'emplacement,

Absence de responsable à l'hôtel (uniquement pour les check in de 14h à 19h. Seulement la femme de ménage est présente le matin. La cuisine est fermée de 22h00 à 6h30. Établissement vieillissant, une seule Salle de bain pour 12 personnes, pas suffisant. Absence de prise qui fonctionne à chaque lits,....
