I loved the view! The ocean at your feet, first thing you see in the morning, last thing you hear before falling asleep. Staff were not too bad either:) Loads of things to do around there.

I just did not want to leave:-) so I extended my stay for a few more nights. It feels very relaxing (as Montezuma itself), the common area is big enough for everyone to find a perfect place to chill (hammocks, terrace, garden, ...) with fantastic views and is ideal for meeting other guests. It is almost on the beach and within a 10 minut walking distance to the downtown (a nice soda is just 100m actually). A cleaning lady comes daily. Naty who runs the hostel is very friendly and helps you to organise trips cheaply (or for free). I have really enjoyed my stay there ans can recommend it-the vibe was excellent.
