Ea muy malo todo nos otros resirvamos ahi y despues no esta nadia Y llamor a el y nadia responder a nos otros y esperamos como dos ahoras ahi en la calle y despues responder a nos otros esta bien Y nos ottos resirvamos una avetaciaon de dos camas y el mi da una avetaciao de una cama y esti es miy malo y no mi gustaria es y nos fuemos y no dormirmos ahi Y yo quireo decir una cosa a la gente esta hostel es muy malo y la gente tambien mala y esta todo fiho y malo malo malo amlo de malo Mira el bano como esta esto no es un bano es mejor donde esta los pero donde dormin mejor que ahi

Logement très bien placé: à proximité du centre, des restaurants et des plages. Les parties communes étaient plutôt propre la plupart du temps et bien agencé.

À notre arrivée personne n’était là, ni ne répondait au téléphone nous avons dû attendre dehors. Ils nous ont ensuite fait patienter car notre chambre n’était pas prête dans les temps (45min de retard). Horaire du petit déjeuner non respecté et le dernier jour tellement en retard que nous n’avons pas pu en bénéficier malgré un message envoyé. Logement bruyant du fait de la proximité du centre et de la rue.

Great location, close to the beach, the breakfast was very nice everyday, great value for money

Noisy t night time, can hear the traffic outside and people on the street talking, it was a little hard to find as no signs outside

Among other issues: - I ordered a double bed private room, I got a bunkbed i dorm room. They said they have somebissues with Booking.com, and they cant change my room. The room was warm, no window (only to the hallway which was noisy), no air conditioning, nothing. - The receptionist wasnt very keen to help: it was even hard for him to get out of his bed because he was watching some football game - The receptionists was on the edge of being rude and just careless, nethertheless, was not really hospitality-oriented. He started having an intimidating attitude when I didnt like the room or asked about refund options. - The recepcionist and his friends were really loud, yelling and laughting just beside my window to the hall that was not sealing properly, while watching some football match and calling their girlfriends, until like midnight or later. - I wanted to go surfing in the morning (lile 6:30am) and they were kinda grumpy because they had to open the door for me asbI woke them up. I didnt have the impression that anyone would have cared about the place: no hospitality, no breakfast, window glasses were broken on the second floor's hallway, and I didn't sense any colleration with surfing or skating, as you would expect by their name.
