Hot note polite need to be professional with customers

Our experience was completely ruined by the haughty and aggressive behavior of three German receptionists. During the Morocco World Cup match, with all the local cafes fully booked, they flatly refused a short, exceptional extension on the rooftop with total contempt. One of them raised her voice and aggressively gave us an ultimatum: "Either you clear out, or you leave the hostel". Their looks of superiority were unbearable. It is utterly unacceptable to be looked down upon and made to feel like a stranger in your own country, by foreigners who disrespect locals while we are paying customers. Fortunately, the Moroccan manager stepped in with true professionalism and empathy to resolve the situation. The current foreign staff is a disgrace to Taghazout’s hospitality.

Need Moroccan staff not (volunteers ) they do nothing aboute professionalism and service customer

It was truly a great experience the location was perfect the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly this is a place that once you visit it you will absolutely want to come back again it's so special that after one visit you can't help but return.
