It is a beautiful place with garden. I had a private room, it was verty small. the bathroom and showers were shared. The staff was helpfu, the location is close to center and the bars around

Was next door to a nightclub so couldn’t sleep until late, showers were not great

Good location close to both plaza 14 septiembre and plaza Colón. Mostly reliable wifi.

The room was shabby with squashed bugs smeared down the walls. No toilet paper in the women’s toilet for 2 of the 3 days I was there. Very expensive in the on site cafe. No social atmosphere at all and extremely difficult to meet other travellers as mainly locals stay here Staff often are not around. I had to wait 15 mins for my luggage as no one was at reception and couldn’t be found Constant sound of the cleaning staff loudly sniffing up and spitting

Got a single room on short notice. Central location. 24h service. Could leave early in the morning.

It's a bit run down in general. At the weekend the neighborhood can be noisy which can be heard till late at night in the room.

The staff is amazing. We arrived at 5am after a long bus ride and the receptionist cleaned our room immediatly, so we could sleep there immediatly. That was so nice. They were very helpful with every problem, one of the best services I had. The hostel garden is beautiful, the bathrooms are nice and clean, the showers are great. The room smelled a bit muffy, but not to bad, beds are good and clean. Only the kitchen was a desaster, but even that, the staff tried to clean immediatly. Breakfast at the cafe is great.

For a start I was put in a windowless room, even though my reservation said 'view to the courtyard' (so pay double attention to that and speak up). The room was ok, but quite a lot of mosquitos...got rid of them and slept well. The bigger problem was the bathroom: I found it completely dirty...water and used toilet paper everywhere. Stalls were in terrible condition if you get what I mean. It stayed the same way through the hole day I was a host
