A very authentic experience in a small town in the middle of nowhere. Everything was perfect – a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable common areas, tastefully furnished. The host is very hospitable and accommodating. We were very satisfied and had a lovely experience.

Arrêt d'une nuit pour revenir à Edimbourg après un voyage dans les Highlands. Chambre très simple, mais lits très confortables. Pièces communes très agréables

It is clear that this hostel is run by someone that care about it, is well kept and clean. at the time of being there it was full and still comfortable, with nice communal area to share.

just a bit more natural air ventilation would be a bonus but I do understand that opening the windows in midges season can be tricky

"Goede Hostel in een alleraardigst dorpje."

Zeer aardige Host. kamer was voldoende voor één nacht en het sanitair is goed voor een hostel.

Wandelen vanuit het hostel is beperkt. Je kunt te voet niet goed bij het Loch komen omdat de spoorwegen de overgang hebben gesloten.
