Nice building in scenic location, good facilities and easy to park and find. Good value compared to price of surrounding accommodation

Very good location in the heart of Dartmoor. The town is filled with shops and all amenities. Also, you can checkout the Meldon reservoir and viaduct near by. This area is good for hiking and cycling also you can explore the Cornish and Devon coastline if you would like to drive from there.

Well, I understand that it's not a very big place but it requires more toilets and little bit bigger kitchen for the guests! Sometimes people had to queue for the facilities! Other than that everything was good 👍

Friendly staff. Nice clean bedroom and bathroom

Dirty kitchen area. Too small for size of hostel. Reception area dirty.( Bit where you make hot drinks) All food/ drink areas felt grubby and wouldn't return based on this.

The hostel kitchen and shared facilities were clean and functional, and the adjacent café did a good cooked breakfast that was a quick walk from the hostel.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and, given that the room looked directly onto the train station, a more solid curtain for privacy would have been nice.
