Front-desk working hours from 10:00 - 18:00 and the expected check-in time is 15:00 – 18:00. Hostel offer self check in service if guest arrive after 18:00. Check-out time after 11:00 the additional fee will be applied. Guest need to inform hotel in advance and provide the contact information with valid contact number by email address. Smoking is strictly not allowed on site and fines will be applicable if any smoking is detected. No elevator is available on site. (The Hostel has 5 floors, we only have elevator for carrying on your luggage.) Basement: books, a TV, couch, table games. 5th floor: public kitchen, tableware, cookers, fridge, oven, microwave and balconyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

12mins' walk to Chiayi TRA station. Clean room. Cup and dispenser in the hallway.

Unfriendly and unapproachable counter staff who rattled on rapidly in Mandarin about their rules and regulations, and showed unhappy cos I was disoriented and missed the lockers for changinh into their slippers. Matteress on floor. No mattress protector. Rules include no eating in room, removing beddings (fair enough), NT200 if you check out even 10min late, additional NT200 for every hr of delay, NT500 if u trouble them to open door for u, NT200 if u lose door card. No counter service at night and main door can be accessed by anyone without a card. Low security.

刷卡門禁管制有室內的地方可以放置腳踏車,有公共空間可以小聚,有行李房可以寄放行李

冷氣維護不佳,出風口的上下葉片都己壞掉,也不裝一下擋風的葉片,泠氣直吹頭是腳,影響睡眠,而且風鼓也有異音是比較討厭的地方
