The rooms and beds were really comfortable. There's everything necessary on the room, including towels. The kitchen is a little bit small but they have some basic stuff you can use.

There's only 2 bathrooms and showers for all the rooms. The stairs are a little bit noisy and you can hear everything outside the door.
