Amazing beds, comfortable, amazing staff very polite and friendly people my favourite hostel stay.

The owner was very nice and attentive. Location is close to the beach, 7 eleven, night market

Barrooms were not so clean the day I arrived. Music for the bar until late at night.

Location to beach was good but in quite a touristy area.

Many reviews which we booked our stay based on say it’s quiet enough at night, this couldn’t have been further from the truth, there was terrible music blasting until gone 3am on week nights, every single night. So loud we barely slept. The hostel is full of rude English tourists who seem to very much dislike younger travellers. We were made to feel very uncomfortable as 2 young females. We either got gawked at by men sitting at the bar or death stares from the women. We had an upsetting incident with a woman in the bar being very aggressive and hostile towards us because we hadn’t realised a chair was a part of her friends room as the foyer door was left open, the reason we were there was we were searching desperately for a more quiet corner to call our parents as we are travelling for 6 months. We apologised immediately and moved, despite this she was continually drunkenly aggressive towards us, her and her husband were very nasty to us and continually asked ‘why we were in their friends room’ (we were sat on a chair outside of their door which we didn’t know was ‘theirs’). The owner Gary watched the hostility play out & said nothing despite the woman being aggressive toward us not even staying at the hostel, felt very unprofessional. Made us feel very unwelcome and was an upsetting experience for two young females. If we hadn’t of pre paid we would have left the day after this happened on night 2, unfortunately had to stick it out as we also didn’t feel comfortable raising a complaint as we genuinely felt like we would be made to feel further ostracised. - AC forbidden at night, gets so so hot.

Clean comfortable spacious dorm Bar area with pool table Curtain beds are always a must Location was excellent Gary the owner was extremely friendly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, our only comment would be that the room felt a little hot during the night
