Location, staff, food, also option for cooking. Quiet for a hostel, nice social places. Ski and skiboot dryer is a plus.

Sometimes difficult to set the water temperature.

We literally entered the room, saw the situation and left. Yes the location is right on the slope but see below why this did not end up mattering.

We arrived to the room (which looks completely different to the pictures taken in perfect lighting) and saw that there were literally holes in the "wall" between our room and the (occupied) one next door. We were given room 15 and the room next door had 4 other guys in there. The very thin wooden wall between the two rooms had 3 holes in it, one of which was plenty big enough to be able to fully see through into the adjacent room. Upon seeing this complete lack of privacy we turned around and left. We could find no "managers" or staff to speak to about the issue either. Incredible that something like this can exist on booking.com.

A really great hostel, super friendly & helpful team (Thibaut & Jade), very comfy beds, only a few minutes walk from the lifts, facilities for making breakfast and/or dinner if you prefer not to take hostel breakfast/dinner, big communal area in the day and bar in the evening. Really exceeded our expectations, great value for money.
