The woman running the place was the cutest and kindest lady ever! Everything was great - coffee, tea, and fruit all available 24-7 and good location for everything. Also a free calisthenics park down the street (~7 min walk) with pull-up and dip bars

Property is spotless clean, the decorations are incredibly cute and comes with an endless supply of bananas, tangerines and bread. Room had ac and was perfectly quiet. The lady who runs it speaks no english but will warmly welcome you and check up on you everyday. (She brought me fruit and water whenever she saw i had not taken enough). Also Jessy speaks perfect English and has a long recommendation list of what to see and do in the area. Lovely place with warm hearted hosts, highly recommend.

The daughter of the owner speaks good English and is very helpful with all the necessary information. The room was clean and there was a water kettle.

The room could have a small fridge, the AC worked only down to 25C

Very close to the river where restaurants and bars are. Lady was very welcoming as was the messaging beforehand. Lovely clean room and bathroom only shared with one other guest.

Cool place with everything needed. Close to town and yet very at night. A nice basic fare for breakfast

Great place for a night stop on the Chiang Mai loop. Incredibly good value for the price!
