Actually when we reached to hotel. Immediately the lady took the rent money. I asked her to show the room first but she refused. When I enter the room it's a storage room. No ac, no window, too much dusty some of the hotel stuffs was there. Especially the room main door is transparent glass. We was very upset I called the lady she said can't do anything now. Later she switched off her mobile. We noticed it's not healthy environment so I moved immediately. Just i stay there about 45 minutes to 1 hour. It's was worst experience I have had in my life. After traveling 6 hrs we didn't have peaceful time. we required to return my money back unfortunately they refund only half payment. it’s scam please very careful when you book the hotel. especially photos are not real.

Friendly staff. Historical center of the city. Georgian atmosphere of the place.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Bad soundproofing , the handle of the door was broken.

Maka is an awesome host. If you want to feel the real heart of old Tbilisi and family atmosphere you should definitely stay here!

I stayed for 4 days on this homely hostel.Which is just a few steps away from sulfur bath,Narikala fortress, botanical garden and the old town. Every ealry morning I walk to the public bath to soak and savor the relaxing medicinal benefits of the sulfur water. Also the simple breakfast was freshly cooked like home, its paired with organic tea. Maka the owner gave us a tour to a farm in nearby Kakheti on which we had a very sumptous lunch and afternoon tea. The farm owners were very wonderful and their homemade wines, liqueurs were superb. We toast, we dance, we ate and enjoyed the fresh air and the company of new friends. On my last day the hostel owner made wine for their own comsumption from the freshly harvested grapes, so outside the hostel before I went to the airport, I learned on the spot how to make🍷. I love this kind of experience. She said that by March 2023 it will become wine. I was supposed to leave at 8 pm coz I'll commute in the local bus going to the airport however the daughter of the hostel owner was so kind and offered to drop me to the aiport 😍They even prepared a dinner and we gathered with the other guests and had dinner together❤ Then the Maka and daughter Marie drop me to the airport. Im so glad that I stayed in this hostel, the experienced was the best. It was like staying in my tita's home.Very hospitable, kind people and treated me like family❤. The price of the hostel is very good value also given that its just a walking distance from most of the top tourist spots nearby.
