The cleanness and location is fine

- The staff's English was poor and they mocked my friend who has lived in England for 30 years that she doesn’t understand his English. The staff frequently mocked and cursed at you in Russian. - You won't get any tourist information or advice here. Regular talking here in the living room is not encouraged. Here basically are some people who are looking for job or something, not tourists. - You're not allowed to hand-wash your belongings anywhere in the hostel, and you have to clean the bathroom yourself. If you drop a few drops of water on the floor which will dry in few minutes, the cleaner will continuously mutter in Russian, clearly insulting you. - I packed my luggage between 8:30 and 9 in the morning and didn't make any unusual noises, and it was outside their quiet hours, but he warned me to be quiet. - Every time I turned on the air conditioner, the staff would quickly turn it off, making the room always very hot. (This isn't true for every room; you're lucky to get one.) - We asked in advance if we could use the common area for a few hours after checking out, he agreed, but he kicked us out less than an hour later, asking us to pay for one night, and even asked us to go out to discuss.

The manager of the hostel was very helpful and friendly.The bathrooms were clean.The same applies for the beds.The location was very good

Overall friendly and welcoming place.

It's kinda cramped, and power sockets near the beds would be nice.

Toilets were clean with bidets, and the host was hospitable and friendly

There was no air conditioning in the room, and I was refused. Beds were uncomfortable, especially for a tall guy.

Good location, good greeting staff, nice dormatory with good kitchen. Clean bathroom with hot shower, comfortable beds, Sheets, pillow. good WiFi . very budget friendly. 6 minutes walk to Metro station.balcony.

the bed lamp not working. need more power outlets to charge mobile.

the reception guy irritate on small things. please don’t book this hostel

Good location, nice admin, clean areas. Interesting vibe.
